Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! As of 2/18/2021 Pau Amma Apothecary has now gone GLOBAL! 

How long does it take you to ship my order?

Each product from Pau Amma Apothecary is handmade to order in small batches; infused with Reiki energy, 528Hz frequency, and crystal vibes. This means that when you order from me, I personally make your product with YOU in mind. On average, it takes 3 to 5 business days for me to create, package, and mail out your order. It is then up to USPS to get the order to you in a timely manner. If you are outside of the USA, it can take from 1 to 4 weeks for our products to arrive at your door depending on your location.

If you are looking to buy one or more of our products as a gift or during the holiday season, I would order 3 weeks in advance in order to make sure that it will arrive in time for the festivities if you are located within the USA. I cannot guarantee that international customers can get their product within this time frame due to customs and individual postal services. 🎉

I want to use the "Shop Pay" payment installments for my purchase, what should I do? 🤔

Choose Shop Pay at checkout to pay in full or split your purchase into 4 equal installments as long as your purchase total equals between $50 and $3,000 USD and you are located in the USA. There is no interest, no fees, and no impact to your credit score. You can also make the most of your budget with automatic payments every 2 weeks to keep things flexible. Your payment schedule is based on the date of purchase and can't be changed or combined with another payment schedule. However, you can pay any installment early without any penalty or fee.

The following are NOT accepted for Shop Pay Installments:

• Pre-paid debit and credit cards

If you didn’t get approved for Shop Pay Installments, then check your email inbox for an email from Affirm. This email provides more information about your application. Keep in mind that you might be approved the next time you apply. 

If you can’t find the email, then: 

• Confirm you're checking the same email account that you use for Shop Pay
• Check other email folders, such as your Spam or Junk folder

Do you use eco-friendly packaging?

Yes! We use eco-friendly packaging as much as possible here at Pau Amma Apothecary, and we hope to keep doing our best for the environment, as She does so much for us! We pledge to do our very best to make Her proud when possible (we would hate for her to be disappointed in us--it is worse than when she is angry!). We 💚 Mother Earth!

When you receive your order from Pau Amma Apothecary, you will notice some delicious popcorn cushioning your products (for USA customers only). Not only is it biodegradable and environmentally friendly, but it is an amazing snack for some wild birds or your pets at home (plus if you get tired during your unboxing--you have a snack!🍿) It's a win-win!
